Short Summary

The compact multi-format pouch machine is designed for conventional production, excelling in creating fold & tuck gusset pouches. A quick-changeover feature makes it ideal for short-medium run high performance production. It’s adept at handling standard laminations, mono-materials, and paper-based structures, accommodating a wide range of pouch sizes.

Two-Side-Seal Pouches (1 Web): These can be produced with or without a zipper
- Height ranging from 80mm to 400mm and
- Width from 80mm to 350mm.
- The Lip Height varies from 15mm to 80mm.
Three-Side-Seal Pouches (1 Web): With or without a zipper
- Height range of 80mm to 400mm.
- Width range of 80mm to 350mm.
- The Lip Height can be between 15mm and 80mm (0.59″ to 3.14″).
Stand-Up Pouches (1 Web): Available with or without zipper, stand-up pouches provide:
- Height range of 100mm to 375mm.
- Width range of 80mm to 350mm.
- The Gusset (G) ranges between 25mm and 65mm.
Side-Gusset Bags (1 Web): These come without a zipper, offering:
- Height range of 100mm to 340mm.
- width range of 100mm to 370mm.
- The Gusset is between 25mm and 90mm.

The main unwinder can handle material widths up to 1450mm.
